Simon Holden

Simon Holden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital product development and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Hub Exec and Chief for BU Success and Strategic Clients at AND Digital since November 2016, Simon has successfully grown and led Club Dekker in London, overseeing both client projects and team development. In addition, Simon holds a position as Non Executive Director at The Social Value Exchange since June 2022. Prior roles include Principal at The North Highland Company and Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group, in addition to serving as a Captain in the British Army from September 2000 to September 2005. Simon Holden holds a BA Hons 2:1 in Philosophy and Politics from Swansea University, earned between 1997 and 2000.
