Hadir El-Shamy

Hadir El-shamy is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and recruitment, currently serving as an OD Supervisor - Software and previously as a Senior OD Specialist at Andalusia Group for Medical Services since July 2020. Prior to this, Hadir held the position of Technical Recruiter - IT & Software at AHBS from November 2019 to June 2020, responsible for creating candidate pools, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. In addition, Hadir worked as a Senior Recruitment Specialist and Recruitment Officer at Job Nile from November 2015 to May 2019, focusing on candidate assessments and interviews. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, completed in July 2023, and a Bachelor's degree from Alexandria University, obtained in 2015.
