Rania Gamal Helmy

Rania Gamal Helmy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Regional Performance Manager and Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Andalusia Health Egypt since September 2019. Rania has previously held various roles within the organization, including Recruitment Supervisor, Human Resources Team Lead, and Medical Recruiter Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Key Account Sales Specialist at Mash Premiere from January 2017 to July 2019, and as a Medical Sales Representative at Hochster Pharmaceutical Industries from September 2015 to November 2016. Rania holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, attained between January 2021 and July 2023, and a degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from the Faculty of Science at the University of Alexandria, completed in 2015.
