Philippe Lemmens has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry. In 1998, they began their career as Executive Vice President of the Consumer & Business Solutions Division at Belgacom. In 2004, they moved to Telenet as Executive Vice President of the Residential Division, where they launched the interactive digital television service and the mobile (MVNO) activities. In 2009, they joined Edge Consulting as a Partner, where they worked as a strategy & management consultant for technology intensive companies. In 2014, they became a Coach at Engine, an innovation methods provider. In 2015, they joined Tessares as a Member of the Board of Directors, where they worked with technologies around Multipath TCP. Philippe also joined LeanStudio as a Partner, where they helped established companies and organisations innovate like Startups. In 2016, they became Chief Operating Officer at Andaman7 (A7 Software), a startup dedicated to improving healthcare by providing innovative software technology. In 2022, they co-founded EVAZION. Finally, in 2021, they became Chairman of the Board at Unifiber, a joint venture between Proximus and Eurofiber, which deploys a Fiber-to-the-Home network across the Walloon region.
Philippe Lemmens received a Master's degree in Economics from ICHEC in 1987. In 2013, they completed a Coaching program from the Leading & Coaching Academy. Philippe is currently enrolled in the Leading & Coaching Academy for a program in Orchestrating Innovation by Robert Dilts.
