Digital Advertising Team Lead

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Digital Advertising to lead and improve company’s digital advertising department.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the digital advertising unit, align with the agency's goals and objectives by Identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and innovation within the digital advertising domain. 

  • Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. 

  • Set goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and assign tasks to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets. 

  • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies that align with the business objectives and target audiences of the Company and its Clients.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of advertisement campaigns across different platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta advertising, and other paid search channels. 

  • Ensure campaigns are set up correctly, targeting is optimized, and budgets are allocated effectively. 

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns.

Identify areas for improvement, develop optimization strategies, and provide recommendations for campaign enhancements. 

  • Manage advertising budgets and allocate funds across different campaigns and platforms. Continuously monitor spending and adjust budgets based on performance and client objectives.

  • Encourage knowledge sharing, best practices, and cross-functional learning within the team.

  • Identify training needs and opportunities for professional growth within the team.

  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to team members, helping them enhance their skills and knowledge. 

  • Stay informed about industry trends, changes in advertising platforms, and emerging technologies.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertising platform representatives, vendors, and other relevant industry contacts. Stay informed about platform updates, new features, and opportunities for collaboration. 

  • Participate in communications with the clients to understand business goals and needs, and provide information and answers as needed.

  • Develop and maintain documentation of campaign strategies, best practices, and internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a digital advertising manager or in a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Meta advertising, Google Ads, and other digital advertising channels.

  • Strong understanding of campaign management, optimization techniques, and performance tracking.

  • Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate and prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure successful campaign execution.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising platforms advertising.
