Job description

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Digital Platform Analyst to join our Strategy and Consulting team. As a Digital Platform Analyst, you will play a key role in providing insights, recommendations, and expertise in setting up and optimizing digital platforms for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the setup and configuration of various digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, and other relevant tools.

  • Ensure proper tracking and integration of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and other relevant tracking systems.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' digital platforms to assess their performance, user experience, and effectiveness.

  • Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to optimize platforms for enhanced user engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommended changes and track the impact of optimizations.

  • Gather and analyze data from various digital platforms.

  • Interpret data and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate platform performance, user behavior, and key insights to internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to drive performance and achieve client objectives.

  • Monitor the performance and functionality of clients' digital platforms, proactively identifying and resolving any technical issues or errors.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and platform updates to recommend and implement new features and functionalities.

  • Conduct thorough competitive analysis to benchmark clients' digital platforms against industry standards and identify areas for differentiation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Platform Analyst or in a similar role within a digital marketing agency or related industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in using digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including websites and social media platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets and complex data models.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in setting up and configuring digital platforms.
