Saira Ballesteros

Saira Ballesteros is an experienced telecommunications professional with a robust background in operations and project management. Currently serving as General Manager and Regional Vice President of Operations at Andean Telecom Partners since February 2016, Saira is responsible for business strategy, operational continuity, strategic partnerships, regional budget optimization, and M&A project support. Previously, as Planning, Projects and Quality Director for Azteca Comunicaciones Colombia, Saira led significant fiber optic projects across Colombia and Peru. Saira's early career at Gilat Colombia SA ESP spanned multiple roles, including Engineering and Planning Manager, where Saira focused on network infrastructure expansion and project management. Saira holds a Master's degree in International Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad Católica de Manizales.
