Sonia Fleischman

Sonia Fleischman is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Administration at Andean Telecom Partners in Peru since September 2012. Previously, Sonia held the same position at Torres Unidas, a telecommunications company, from October 2012 to December 2017, and was the Administration and Human Resources Manager at MER TELECOM PERU from September 2008 to September 2012. Additionally, Sonia was the General Manager at Infant Care SAC/Tiny Land SAC from February 2002 to February 2007. Educational qualifications include a neurolinguistic coaching certification from Jamming and a diploma in Human Resources Management from FIDE, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in History from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and education from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
