Clifton Gillette

Throughout their career, Clifton Gillette has worked primarily in the field of health and welfare benefits. Clifton started at Andeavor in 1998 as a Director in this area and continued in that role until the company merged with Marathon Petroleum Corporation in 2018. After the merger, Clifton transitioned to Marathon Petroleum Corporation and held various positions, including Director and Manager of Health and Welfare Benefits. Clifton retired from Marathon Petroleum Corporation in September 2022.

Clifton Gillette obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin between 1981 and 1986. Clifton later pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio, which they completed between 1989 and 1991.
