Prakash Sethuraman

Prakash Sethuraman has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as Health Safety Environment Manager at Baker Hughes since July 2021. Previously, Prakash held various roles at Eastman Chemical Company from February 1998 to June 2021, including Advanced HSES Coordinator and Workplace Safety and Health Officer, demonstrating leadership by managing the HSES function with minimal supervision. Prakash's career began in operations at Manali Petrochemicals Ltd from June 1992 to January 1998.

Educational qualifications include ongoing Master of Science studies in HSE at the National University of Singapore, an International Diploma in Health and Safety from NEBOSH, a Specialist Diploma in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from ESIS Academy, and various other certifications and degrees in workplace safety and health, culminating in a Bachelor of Environmental Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Newcastle, where Prakash received a merit award and a faculty medal.
