Carly Weiss

Carly Weiss is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in enterprise sales and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Sales at Andela since November 2022, Carly previously held key roles at General Assembly, including Director of Enterprise Sales for North America and Sales Director, where the focus was on workforce development solutions for major corporations. Prior experience includes a senior account director role at Gartner and various management positions at Select Staffing, where Carly achieved significant revenue growth and successfully managed teams. Carly began a career in education as a student teacher, developing curriculum for high school students. Carly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Indiana University Bloomington, awarded in 2005.
