Claudia Korzeniewski

Claudia Korzeniewski is a seasoned professional in engineering management and delivery, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Andela since September 2023. Prior to this role, Claudia held the position of Sr. Engineering Manager at MURAL from November 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading Engineering teams focused on Design Systems, Accessibility, and Developer Experience. Experience also includes Senior Delivery Manager roles at SparkDigital and uBiome, and a Scrum Master position at redbee Studios. Claudia's early career involved project management and business analysis within the Ministry of Economy and Financial Publics in Argentina, contributing to the eSidif Project as both a Java Software Developer and a PL/SQL Developer.
