Lila Millsap

Lila Millsap has a robust background in human resources and people management, currently serving as VP of People at Andela and previously holding the same title at InVision. Lila's extensive experience includes roles such as Sr Director of People Partnerships & Talent Attraction and Director of People Partnerships at InVision, as well as People Business Partner at Act-On Software, Inc., and HR Business Partner at Micron Technology. Additionally, Lila was a Manager, People Leader at Apple. Lila holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management, both from Golden Gate University.
