Uzma A. is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience leading global HR transformations and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of People Operations at The Trade Desk, Uzma drives HR innovations for diverse regions, including EMEA, APAC, and North America, while overseeing various global People teams. Previously, Uzma held leadership roles at Maximus, Healthfirst, Advantage Care Physicians, and Boston University, where significant operational efficiencies and transformative HR initiatives were implemented. Uzma is also a member of Chief, a network empowering women leaders, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University.
