Tahinduka Joshua

Tahinduka Joshua is an experienced professional with a focus on soft skills training and program management in the tech industry. Currently serving as the Professional Skills Lead in the Talent Engineering Program at Andela since February 2019, Tahinduka oversees the curriculum development and implementation of professional skills for over 100 software developers, ensuring effective communication and team-building capabilities. Previously, as Senior Coordinator of Professional Skills Training at Andela, Tahinduka designed and delivered a soft skills curriculum for a career accelerator program. Additional experience includes roles at Elevate Training Solutions as a Senior Trainer, where a public speaking masterclass was successfully developed, and at CCOAIB, where Tahinduka coordinated a USAID-funded project. Tahinduka's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Rwanda and ongoing studies for a Master's in Development Studies.
