Jim Hosbein has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in construction and culinary roles. From July 1995 to May 2005, Jim served as a Project Superintendent at Dick Anderson Construction, transitioning to the role of Superintendent at Beniton Construction from February 2006 to July 2012. More recently, Jim held a position at Bobb Miffell Enterprises as a retiree from September 2023 to July 2024. Additionally, Jim briefly worked as an Olympic Production Chef for NBC at Utah Foods in early 2002, focusing on food preparation for the World Media Center. Jim graduated from New Trier East in 1979, marking a formative educational experience.
