Ashraf Qutaishat

Ashraf Qutaishat, PhD, has extensive experience in information systems and technologies, having worked at Centro ALGORITMI as a member of the IST R&D Line and ISTOrg R&D Group from January 2018 to March 2023. Qutaishat served as a PhD candidate researcher at Escola de Engenharia da Universidade do Minho from February 2017 to March 2023 and as a Joomla developer for APSI - IFIP TC8 in 2021. Contributions include leading and co-authoring publications on knowledge management at international conferences and managing research and development projects focusing on innovative technologies for smart cities and healthcare during time at Eurohelp Consulting. Qutaishat holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Systems and Technologies from Universidade do Minho, complemented by various project management certifications and additional qualifications from prestigious institutions.
