James Leighton has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. James has worked as the CEO & Founder of Andersen James Group since 2015, leading the strategic direction and growth of the business. Prior to that, they were the Head of Resourcing at Willmott Dixon from 2014 to 2015. James also served as the Regional Manager - Property and Construction at Michael Page UK from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they worked as an Account Director at HR GO Recruitment Ltd, where they successfully secured a master vendor contract to supply Morrison Facilities services. James started their career as a Principal at ChapmanBlack and as a Key Account Manager at Portland Resourcing, specializing in SAP recruitment.
