Erin Rippentrop

Erin Rippentrop has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT and business operations fields. Erin began their career at Target in 2004 as a Systems Engineer, where they gathered requirements and drove change for the Production Lifecycle Management Rollout. Erin then joined EMCOR Facilities Services as a Business Analyst in 2006, leading the analysis phase for a financial document solution. Erin worked at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2007 to 2009, managing teams and projects as an Associate and Sr. Consultant. At UnitedHealth Group, they served as an IT Project Manager and Associate Director of Business Operations. Erin played a crucial role in managing operations, releases, and issue management. Erin also contributed to business analysis activities and implemented new documentation techniques. Erin joined Andersen Corporation in 2015 as a Sr. IT Manager for Renewal By Andersen Retail Technology, managing agile product delivery teams and enhancing application stability. Erin then transitioned to the role of Sr. IT Manager for Enterprise PMO, IT Strategy, IT PMO, IT Collaboration, and IT Service Management, where they designed strategies and led the implementation of in-sourcing efforts. Most recently, Erin held the position of Director of Information Technology for Enterprise PMO, Enterprise Service Management, and CIO Chief of Staff at Andersen Corporation. Erin reported directly to the Chief Digital Officer and was responsible for leading the insourcing of all IT Service Management activities in a short time frame, resulting in improved customer satisfaction.

Erin Rippentrop attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1999 to 2004. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Administration degree and focused on MIS and Business Communications.
