Shahinaz Sadek

Shahinaz Sadek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources management within the cement heavy industry. Since March 2001, Shahinaz has held significant roles at TITAN Cement Egypt, serving as the Human Resources Dept. Manager and Personnel Manager, overseeing all personnel operations, recruitment, salaries, benefits, and social insurance for direct employees. In conjunction with responsibilities at TITAN Cement Company SA, Shahinaz has led HR initiatives focused on recruitment, talent development, performance management, organizational development, and sustainability strategies. Prior to these roles, Shahinaz worked as the Budget & Finance Director's Administrative Assistant at the World Health Organization from August 1991 to August 2001. Shahinaz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Alexandria University.
