Philip E. Donaldson

Phil Donaldson serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Andersen Corporation since August 1999, overseeing financial strategies for a leading manufacturer of window and door products. In addition to this role, Phil is an active Board Member and holds the title of Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Simpson Strong-Tie, as well as serving as Chair of the Board of Directors at HealthPartners since January 2017. Phil’s previous experience includes various positions at Armstrong World Industries from 1983 to 1999. Educated at Northwestern University, Phil obtained a Bachelor of Science degree followed by a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management.
