Athena started their career at Anderson Center for Autism in 2016 as a Human Resources Intern, where they assisted with the recruitment and hiring process. Athena'sresponsibilities included contacting personal and business references for applicants and completing paperwork. Athena then progressed to the roles of HR Benefits Assistant and Benefits Coordinator, where they handled various tasks related to employee benefits. Currently, as the Assistant Director of Human Resources, Athena holds a leadership position responsible for managing the HR department.
