Andrew Biller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrew is currently working as a Social Studies & English Teacher at Anderson Community Schools since 2022. Prior to this, in 2021, they were a Student Teacher at NEW CASTLE COMMUNITY SCH CORP SCHOOL DISTRICT, where they completed their student teaching and received their Indiana educator's license. Andrew also achieved an above average score on the EdTPA teaching assessment. In 2020, Andrew worked as an Import/Export Agent at Nissin International Transport, where they handled logistical transportation of cargo and communicated in both English and Japanese. In 2019, they served as a Photography and Sales Specialist for Lifetouch Church Directories, excelling in portrait photography and sales. From 2017 to 2019, Andrew was an Assistant Language Teacher in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET), instructing high school students in cultural exchange and English. Andrew also represented their country's culture and promoted internationalization. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Videographer at Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs in 2016 and as a Reporter and Graphic Designer at Indiana University Student Television from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, Andrew served as a Multimedia Storyteller at Impact2818 in 2016, where they maintained a blog featuring photo and video content for a non-profit organization specializing in outdoor Christian ministry.
Andrew Biller obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington from 2013 to 2017. Andrew then pursued a Master of Education (MEd) in Social Studies Teacher Education from Ball State University, which they completed from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, Andrew obtained a Professional Educator Certificate from the State of Indiana in February 2022.
