Terry Scoville

Terry Scoville has over 30 years of work experience in the coatings industry. Terry most recently served as the Business Director for Coating Resins at Anderson Development Company since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at allnex from 2011 to 2020, where they held roles such as Business Development Manager and Product Manager for the Americas. Terry was responsible for driving new business growth, managing product portfolios, and exceeding profitability targets.

Before allnex, Terry worked at CYTEC INDUSTRIES from 2004 to 2011, where they served as the Global Marketing Manager and later as the Business Manager for the Americas in the Liquid Coating Resins division. During their time at CYTEC INDUSTRIES, they achieved significant sales growth and profitability improvements.

From 2003 to 2004, Terry worked as a Market Manager at UCB, where they successfully grew the sales and profitability of the liquid coating resins portfolio.

Earlier in their career, Terry gained technical experience and held various roles at Valspar, Guardsman Products, and Sherwin Williams. Terry played key roles in sales, customer training, new product introductions, and product development for waterborne coatings.

Throughout their career, Terry Scoville has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning expertise, and a track record of driving sales growth and profitability in the coatings industry.

Terry Scoville earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Polymers and Coatings Technology from Eastern Michigan University in 1988. Afterward, they pursued further education and completed an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Finance at Indiana University Northwest in 1999.
