Previously, Jay was the managing partner at Taylor Louis LLP from October 2012 to June 2023, focusing on financial transactions, Reg D Securities offerings, Initial Coin Offerings, corporate structures, risk management, and entertainment law. Other notable roles include special counsel at DLA Piper US, LLC, and senior associate positions at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and Deutsche Bank AG. Jay's foundational experience began at the FDIC as a legal technician, complemented by a J.D. in Corporate Law from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science - Economics from Howard University.
