Caleb Ferguson

Caleb Ferguson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and partnerships. Currently serving as the Franchise Owner at Anderson Longevity Clinic since July 2025 and the Associate Director of Enterprise Partnerships at NewForm App since February 2025, Caleb's previous roles include significant positions at The Phoenix from January 2020 to March 2025, where responsibilities spanned from Associate Director of Community Engagement to Senior Program Manager and CrossFit Instructor/Outreach Coordinator. In this capacity, Caleb contributed to a non-profit organization focused on aiding recovery from substance use disorder through fitness activities. Prior to that, Caleb worked at Truecore Behavioral Solutions as a Recreational Therapist and Program Coordinator from November 2017 to January 2020. Caleb holds a Master of Arts in Exercise Physiology from Tennessee Technological University, earned between 2010 and 2012.
