Francesca Murtas

Francesca Murtas is a Customer Success Specialist at PVcase and its subsidiary Anderson Optimization, starting in September 2023 following the acquisition of Anderson Optimization by PVcase. Francesca has extensive experience in client management and sales, having served as a B2B Account Manager at idealista from March 2016 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a portfolio of over 200 international accounts and achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement. Previous roles include Store Manager positions at Uno de 50 and David Valls, where inventory and cash control were key duties, as well as an Assistant Store Manager role at Scotch & Soda. Francesca holds a degree in Clinical Psychology from Università degli Studi di Parma and has pursued additional education in personnel selection and business English.
