Laura O'Laughlin has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the Director of West Greenville Programs at Greenville County Schools since March 2011, where responsibilities include managing specialized instruction. Previously, Laura held the position of Special Education Administrator at the School District of Hillsborough County from 1999 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Clemson University, obtained between 2008 and 2013, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Varying Exceptionalities from the University of South Florida, completed in 1998, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Elementary Education from Northern Michigan University, earned in 1993.
