Jose Diaz Salazar

Jose Diaz Salazar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and design management. Currently serving as Managing Director at AndGo by Goodyear since January 2020, Jose previously held several senior roles within The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from June 2015 to September 2021, including Senior Manager of the Innovation Lab in San Francisco. Jose's earlier experience includes positions such as Experience Director at Jotabequ Grey and User Experience Designer at INCAE Business School. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Strategy, Design & Innovation from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's in Science in Industrial Design Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
