Joselyn M. has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Joselyn started their career as a Trademark Paralegal at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property in 2014. After that, they joined KSquare Solutions Inc. in 2016 as a Legal Assistant/IT Recruiter, where they guided the company in opening a subsidiary in Mexico while assisting with IT recruitment. In 2017, they became a Technical Recruiter at Infolob Solutions Inc., leading a team of five members and handling full-cycle recruitment for Software Engineers. In 2018, they joined Ksquare Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they successfully hired and grew a diverse team of over 150 Engineers. Joselyn worked closely with hiring managers and leaders to improve processes and create a better candidate experience. Most recently, they joined Andiamo Partners as a Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2022 and is currently working as a Technical Recruiter at Walmart.

Joselyn M. obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Legal Studies, General from the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán, where they studied from 2008 to 2013.
