Sunodh Kunnath

Sunodh Kunnath has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources and operations fields. Sunodh currently works as the Head of Talent Solutioning & Implementation at ANSR. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Director at Talent500, a subsidiary of ANSR. Sunodh has also held positions at Persistent Systems, Fujitsu, Tech Mahindra, and Reuters, where they were responsible for workforce management, talent acquisition, and business operations. Additionally, they co-founded a family-owned start-up and worked at Accenture and Reliance Communications earlier in their career. Overall, Sunodh Kunnath has demonstrated expertise in driving operational metrics, managing talent supply chains, and optimizing costs and revenue in various organizations.

Sunodh Kunnath completed their B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Calicut between 1995 and 1999. Sunodh then pursued an MBA with a focus on Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2000 to 2002.
