Rachael Clarke

Rachael Clarke, Ph.D. is currently the Vice President of Both/And Community & Integration at Andiron, where responsibility includes developing strategies to enhance the Both/And community and operationalizing polarity-based approaches. Previously, Rachael served as a facilitator and executive coach at the NeuroLeadership Institute and as a faculty member and executive coach at Kingstown College ECSL. Rachael also held roles at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland as a mentoring consultant and coach. During a notable tenure at AstraZeneca, Rachael advanced to Global Head of Education and Engagement, where a significant transformation of the company's Code of Conduct training program was achieved. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Neuroscience, a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics, and a BA Mod in Natural Science from Trinity College Dublin, complemented by an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Executive, and Leadership Coaching from Kingstown College.
