Kim Schoening

Kim Schoening has over 24 years of work experience, starting in 1996 at Johnson Financial Group as a Training Coordinator until 2000. Kim then joined Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield United of Wisconsin as an Employment Coordinator from 2000 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Andis Company, where they held various HR roles, including Sr. HR Representative from 2004 to 2016, HR Supervisor from 2016 to 2018, and currently serves as the Manager of Talent Management.

Kim Schoening earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Business, from the Lubar College of Business. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
