Angelica Dragotas, PMP, CSM has a diverse range of work experience in project management and leadership roles. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Project Management Office at ANDMORE, where they oversee the PMO and its operations. Prior to this, they served as the Director / PMO Lead at ANDMORE, responsible for managing the Agile Project Management Office.

They managed multiple projects, including leading operations teams through the solution selection process for HR/Payroll/Timekeeping Solution.

Additionally, Angelica has experience as a Program Manager at Astronics, where they implemented project management processes and standards and managed a product portfolio for two company divisions. They also worked at Motorola Mobility as a Project Manager, overseeing the validation and testing of iDEN/Android cell phones for major carriers.

Before transitioning into the project management field, Angelica worked in the education sector, holding various roles such as Director of Operations at Nobel Learning Communities and as a Training & Education Professional at Broward County Public & Private Schools.
