Dave Schaefer

Dave Schaefer has a strong background in digital marketing and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Dave is currently the Digital Marketing Director at International Market Centers since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Global Payments Inc. from September 2017 to May 2021 as the Digital Marketing Director, leading a corporate digital marketing team across multiple global business units. Before that, they were the Digital Marketing Manager at Shaw Industries from September 2014 to September 2017, where they managed a team of digital marketing specialists and oversaw all digital communications for two leading commercial flooring brands. Dave also has experience in healthcare digital marketing, having worked at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta from October 2006 to August 2014, first as the Manager of E-Strategy and later as the Web Content Editor. Dave started their career in online media, working as an Online Editor at Primedia Online from January 2001 to February 2005, and as an Online Coordinator at Active.com from June 2000 to November 2000. In addition, Dave has a background in sports journalism, having worked as a Sports Writer/Columnist at Daily Camera from July 1992 to March 1997.

Dave Schaefer attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Journalism.
