Rebecca Mowat has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Rebecca started their career at TelstraClear Limited as an HR Advisor, providing support to various teams and managing organizational changes. Rebecca then worked at Beca as an HR Advisor before joining Auckland UniServices Limited as an HR Business Partner. In this role, they connected the University of Auckland's capabilities to businesses and investors. Rebecca then served as the Human Resources Manager for Milmeq Group, where they were responsible for leading the HR function and ensuring the company's success. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People at Ando Insurance Group Limited.
Rebecca Mowat began their education in 1991 at the Auckland University of Technology, where they pursued a Diploma in Business specializing in Management. Rebecca completed this program in 1992. In 1994, Rebecca attended The University of Auckland, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Psychology. Rebecca completed their studies in Psychology in 1996.
