Carl Agnelli

Carl Agnelli is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in managing security operations across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Head of Security at Andreessen Horowitz for a16z Crypto, Carl oversees physical security and safety operations for global staff and facilities. Prior to this role, Carl directed the Western Hemisphere Security Program at Citi, managing a large team responsible for the protection of numerous assets and employees across the Americas. Carl's career was further distinguished by a tenure at the United States Secret Service, where leadership roles included Special Agent in Charge, overseeing protective and investigative missions, and Assistant Special Agent in Charge, focusing on security operations and collaboration with law enforcement.
