Jenna Zucker

Jenna Zucker is an executive talent partner at Andreessen Horowitz. Jenna was previously a leadership recruiter at DoorDash and an executive recruiter at Riviera Partners.

Zucker has over five years of experience as a full-cycle recruiting consultant, specializing in placing senior-level engineering and product leaders at VC-backed and public companies. Jenna has also worked closely with founders, investors, and executive leadership teams across product, engineering, and design.

Some of their notable clients have included Affirm, Airbnb, Credit Karma, Clever, Domino Data Lab, Gusto, Nextdoor, Thumbtack, Skillz, and others. Jenna is particularly skilled in hiring for late stage high growth companies.

At DoorDash, Zucker was the first leadership recruiter hire to focus on hiring leadership talent (Director+) across DoorDash's engineering, product, design, & analytics/data science functions while building up the tech leadership recruiting function.

At Riviera Partners, they were responsible for training and mentoring recruiters on successful search process and recruiting strategies. Jenna was also a member of the talent arm for the largest hedge fund during the transformational phase of the technology organization.
