Joel de la Garza

Joel D. brings extensive expertise in advisory roles across various companies, including Socket, Truffle Security Co., Lumos, Defined Networking, and Eclypsium, Inc. Since 2020, Joel has served as a Board Observer for Eclypsium, Inc. and Toka. In addition, Joel is an Investment Partner at Andreessen Horowitz since April 2018 and previously held the position of Board Member at optimyze from 2019 to 2021. Prior professional experience includes serving as Chief Security Officer at Box from February 2013 to April 2018 and as Director of Cyber Intelligence and Threat Management at Citi from July 2006 to January 2013.
