Leo Mehr

Leo Mehr is an accomplished engineering leader and co-founder with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently leading the Forward Deployed Engineering team at Ramp since March 2024, Leo also co-founded Lumos, a company focused on enhancing business productivity and security through software. As Head of Engineering at Lumos, Leo successfully scaled the engineering team to 25 members. Additionally, Leo contributes as a Venture Scout at Andreessen Horowitz and serves as a mentor/advisor for startups. Previous roles include a Head Teaching Assistant at Stanford University, an Algorithm Engineer at Hudson River Trading, and various engineering positions at companies such as Cisco Meraki and Google. Leo holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cornell University.
