Carrie Baird

Carrie Baird has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Vice President of Human Resources at Andretti Autosport since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Consultant, serving as a Career Coach since March 2020. Carrie also held the position of Human Resources Divisional Director at Legends from April 2021 to January 2022. Carrie has had various positions at LIDS Sports Group, including Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Director of Human Resources & Training, Director of Human Resources & Training, Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Employee Relations Specialist. Carrie also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at The Heritage Group and as a Recruiter/Staffing Specialist (IT) at General Employment.

Carrie Baird graduated from Purdue University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2009. Carrie also earned the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2015.
