Charles B. has over 30 years of work experience in various industries. Charles is currently the National Director at Andretti Indoor Karting and Games, where they are responsible for developing and implementing the brand strategy, overseeing marketing campaigns and events, and increasing revenue through search engine optimization. Previously, they served as the Director of New Store Openings and Operations at Drive Shack Inc., where they developed marketing programs and ran the recruiting process for top diverse talent. Charles also worked as a New Store Openings GM at Dave & Buster's Inc. and as the Vice President of Operations and Marketing at Island Restaurant, where they developed marketing plans, created organic social media campaigns, and managed talent acquisition. Charles has also held positions at Olive Garden, Original Roadhouse Grill, Monsoon/Maui Cafe, and Allied Industrial Electronics. Prior to their career in the corporate world, they worked as an actor and teacher. Charles has a wealth of experience in marketing, sales, operations, talent acquisition, and project management.

Charles then attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts-Los Angeles from 1994 to 1996, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Theology/Theological Studies.

Continuing their passion for theater, Charles enrolled at the Beverly Hills Playhouse from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General. In addition to their theater studies, they also received a Certificate in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Los Angeles Pierce College in 1998.

Charles' commitment to professional development is evident in their most recent educational pursuit. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from the University of Central Florida.

Furthermore, Charles has also acquired an additional certification as a Servsafe proctor, making him a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor. Charles obtained this certification in December 2016.
