Ashley Franz

Ashley Franz currently serves as the Manager of Auctions and Partnerships at Andrew Harper, where responsibilities include creating weekly auction schedules, designing marketing emails, coordinating sales, and negotiating barter agreements with partner hotels. Prior experience includes working as an Auction Travel Consultant at the same company, where Ashley facilitated auction package sales and customer service. Prior to this role, Ashley was the Director of Corporate Sales and Events at The Commons Bar, overseeing corporate events and managing client relationships. Ashley's career began as a District Court Probation Officer for the State of Colorado, supervising youth on probation and coordinating their reintegration into the community. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver.
