Stephanie Matthews has over 15 years of experience in human resources and compensation roles. Stephanie is currently the Director of Total Rewards & Wellness at Andrew Peller Limited, where they lead the compensation, benefits, wellness, and HRIS strategy for the organization. Stephanie collaborates with HR functional partners and other business functions to ensure competitive and legislatively compliant total rewards and wellness programs. Prior to their current role, they worked as a People & Culture Business Partner at Andrew Peller Limited, a Human Resources Director at President's Choice Financial, and an HR Business Partner at Loblaw Companies Limited. Stephanie has also held various positions at Labatt Breweries of Canada, including People Manager and Employee Wellness Manager. Stephanie has experience in strategy, learning and development, employee engagement, recruitment and retention, administration, and total rewards. Stephanie's expertise also includes corporate wellness program management and disability management. Stephanie began their career as an Associate Rewards Consultant at Hay Group.

Stephanie Matthews attended Western University from 1997 to 2001, where they received a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Statistical and Actuarial Science, with Honours.
