Ryan Cooke is an experienced project manager currently employed at The Roby Family of Companies since January 2018. Prior to this role, Ryan served as the Off Premise Manager at The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery from February 2011 to September 2017. Educationally, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, and previously attended Brevard College for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.
