Mike Ekdahl has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to project management, operations, engineering, and controls engineering. Mike began their career at Applied Theory as a Controls Engineer, where they programmed PLCs for automated sawmill equipment. Mike then transitioned to Techné Systems, Inc, where they worked as a Systems Engineer responsible for programming control applications and subsystems. At Electroglas Inspection Products, they served as the Director of Manufacturing and later as the Director of Engineering, managing the development cycle of an Automated Wafer Inspection System and coordinating efforts between engineering groups. Mike then joined ATS Automation Tooling Systems, Oregon, as a Project Manager, where they managed the full development cycle of projects within the Custom Products Group and later became the Director of Operations, overseeing manufacturing and project management activities. After that, they worked at DWFritz Automation as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and eventually as the Director of Project Management. In their current role at Andrews Cooper, they serve as a Senior Project Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, relationship management, budgeting, and resource management abilities.

Mike Ekdahl obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Oregon State University between 1985 and 1989.
