Cynthia Birdwell has over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development. Cynthia started their career in 1992 at Hinckley & Slade, overseeing advertising projects and campaigns for various clients. Cynthia then worked as an Account Executive at Karsh & Hagan, where they managed marketing and advertising plans for Regal Hotels International. In 1998, they joined O'Brien Advertising as an Account Supervisor, overseeing the client account service team and developing strategic marketing plans. In 1999, they worked as a Field Marketing Manager at Richfield Hospitality, responsible for marketing and sales support for multiple hotel properties. Cynthia then became the Director of Marketing, North America at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, leading marketing communications and brand standardization initiatives. In 2003, Cynthia joined Neuhaus Education Center as an Assistant Director of Development, organizing fundraisers and managing donor communications. Cynthia then served as the Manager of Business Development at Simon Property Group, where they developed sales strategies and secured brand marketing revenue. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as the Director of Marketing at The Hanover Company, establishing and leading the marketing department for a national multi-family developer. In 2011, they joined Andrews Myers, P.C. as the Director of Marketing, and was later promoted to COO and Marketing Director, overseeing marketing efforts, attorney business development, and administrative operations of the firm. Cynthia's work has been recognized with industry awards for best corporate website and best overall marketing campaign.
Cynthia Birdwell attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising.
