Mike McDaniel

Mike McDaniel is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources North America at ANDRITZ since October 2023, Mike has previously held significant HR leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources at Schaeffler, Sr. Human Resources Manager at GE, and Human Resources Manager at Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration. Mike's career began as a Senior Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services and included a foundational role as Operations Group Leader at Target. Mike holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy University, an MBA in Operations Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Valdosta State University.
