Mayela Navarro Olache is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry in Mexico. Currently serving as HR Director for Android Mexico and Brazil since November 2016, Mayela oversees human resources for six manufacturing plants and manages talent acquisition for multiple plants, including General Motors and FCA. Previous roles include HR Director for General Motors at the Ramos Arizpe and Silao Complexes, as well as Director of Talent Acquisition for all General Motors plants in Mexico. Mayela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Americana del Noreste.
