Rebecca (Bo) McHenry has a diverse work experience in various quality management and leadership roles. Rebecca (Bo) started their career at Kimberly-Clark as a Scientist I, where they were a part of a core research group focused on developing new absorbent structures. Rebecca (Bo) later moved on to become a Scientist II, where they achieved significant cost savings by implementing new raw materials for a medical device product line.
Rebecca (Bo) then joined Henkel as a Senior Site Engineer, where they supported Henkel at a customer's manufacturing location and was responsible for maintaining chemical inventories and providing excellent customer service. Rebecca (Bo) eventually became a Senior Quality Engineer at Henkel, where they were responsible for reviewing and negotiating with customers regarding customer-specific requirements. Rebecca (Bo) also completed a Six Sigma project that resulted in process improvements.
After their time at Henkel, Rebecca joined Android Industries as an Engineering and Quality Manager. In this role, they supported cross-functional teams and addressed OEM and Tier suppliers' customer-specific requirements. Rebecca (Bo) later became the Director of Quality for the Stellantis/Ford Business Unit, where they oversaw quality assurance and quality control for North American manufacturing locations.
Rebecca's most recent position was at Android Industries, where they held the role of Director of Operational Quality. In this role, they advised top management on customer feedback and issues, and served as the voice of the customer for the global footprint of manufacturing facilities.
Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement effective quality management systems to exceed customer satisfaction and improve operational results. Rebecca (Bo) has a strong background in the automotive industry, specifically in the areas of quality assurance, customer-specific requirements, and process improvements.
Rebecca (Bo) McHenry holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University from 1997 to 2001. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ in December 2011.
